Born from a collaboration with producer Claudia Lovo at Bridazul, Que Barbariberrydad is a curated blend designed to be smooth, full-bodied, and fruity. Claudia personally selected the components for this lot from El Paraiso in Mosonte and Los Suyates in Dipilto. The name is a celebratory nod to her favorite phrase, ¡Qué bárbaro!
To preserve the integrity of these exceptional beans, the caffeine was removed using the CR3 liquid carbon dioxide process in Bremen. This method selectively extracts caffeine while entirely preserving the coffee's inherent origin flavors.
