Introducing Fincamigos: Geisha & Rare Varietals from Jardín, Colombia

Experience an exceptional coffee from Fincamigos, a stunning experimental farm nestled in the cloud-kissed mountains of Jardín, Antioquia, one of Colombia's most beautiful regions.

🔬 Flavor Driven by Innovation

Fincamigos focuses on rare and exotic coffee varieties like Geisha, Rume Sudan, Laurina, and Tabi. They achieve complexity and a clean cup above 85 points through tailored, meticulous processing:

  • Hand-Picked: Only cherries at peak ripeness are selected.

  • Precision Processing: The farm utilizes advanced techniques, including Double Fermentation protocols and specialized Aerobic fermentation for their Geisha lots, followed by careful drying on raised beds.

🌿 A Commitment to Sustainability

Beyond quality, Fincamigos is dedicated to regenerative practices and environmental stewardship:

  • Biodiversity: The farm conserves four hectares of forest and supports native species, including 112 bird species observed on-site.

  • Regenerative Culture: They use vermicomposting to turn coffee pulp into rich organic fertilizer and maintain bee hives to improve pollination.

This coffee is the result of high-altitude farming (up to 1,950 masl) and a deep commitment to both flavor excellence and a healthy ecosystem.
